This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The managers are unprofessional and have no concern for their customers. All they want is your check or credit card. If there is no discussion of this, then you are wasting their time. I have never been treated with as little respect as I was by Baco Exterminating. One star is not worthy of this sorry excuse for a company.

The only reason that they received 1 star is because there was no option for 0 stars. The employees that work at this company are not familar with their own policies. I got the total run-around with Baco and thought I was covered when I really wasn't. You call them and talk to no less than 10 people and end up back with the first person you spoke with. I guess they see this as an easy way...
