I bought a Fire Pit made by this company. It was beautiful and I had to talk my husband into spending the extra money for it. But after burning just one fire in it, it got rusty. Very rusty. This company is a rip off! They shipped me used furniture that was clearly not new and tried to pass it off as new. When I called, I got the run around over and over again then was told to call the manufacturer which is their job, not mine. I have spoken to the owner and been in the store at least 8 times and still no resolution, my furniture and bbq island are all used and damaged and they...

This was a horrible experience, i regret spending my hard earned money with them only to be provided a less than full glass fire pit and now stuck with the damages caused due to lack of glass in the pit --- tarnish and weather damage. .

Once they have your money then good luck getting anything from them.
