I used to shop at the Westminster location when my daughter was a newborn, and it was always such a bad experience. I stopped shopping there. Rude, unhelpful staff. We just moved to the south...

Always use coupons Lilaguide

Great selection, but prices can be a little high. They always have coupons available so never buy anything without one. Bathrooms are gross usually.

Love BRU Lilaguide

I love BRU, some people knock it, but I love having 1 store that carries every baby related item I need. I love to online shop, but for things like strollers, swings etc I want to see the item in real life...

One of the Best in the Area Lilaguide

Overall, the customer service alone is worth the trip... employees are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean- especially in the baby/kid area which is a bonus.
