Always seem to wait forever to check out because they mainly make everyone go through the customer service line and there are always people in the customer service line dealing with issues (I've rarely gotten something here without an issue).

This location is very convenient. You have Toy R Us here also. Employees are really helpful especially if you have friends that did their register gift here they will help you with all the process. Everything is well organized and you can find stuff easily. I was in and out quickly with my busy schedule.

I recently went to Babies R us for gifts for my friend who had just had her baby. I was getting restless and upset due to the lack of knowledge of the staff and even the manger who I believe was Scott. After walking around for about 30 minutes, I was approached by a young woman named Angel. I bombarded her with questions as I had done everyone one else with no results and bless her heart she went well above anything I had ever expected to help me. She told me she was new and had only been there a few weeks so what she didn't know she would go find out for me! She was so pleasant and helpful...

I have heard bad reviews about B 'R Us around the country, but have been to this store many times and have found the staff to be reasonable ...
