Great for Annuals but Not for Pregnancy

I'm 11 weeks with my first child. I have seen Dr. Sylvester for over two years and didn't have any problems prior to the pregnancy. However, I have had significant issues since then. I'm not anti-medicine, surgery, etc. but always felt condemned for wanting a natural childbirth by her. Additionally, her billing staff are disorganized, unprofessional, and I had charges on my account for services I did not yet receive. When I tried to address this, the billing manager became hostile and canceled my appointment that I had been waiting already an hour for. I think they are a great place if all you want is an annual, but not for delivering children. I just recently transferred to another doctor and will not be returning. Also, they do not know how to work with HRAs (health reimbursable accounts) if that is important to you. I don't mean this as a slight, but I think they work with mostly Medicaid customers so I felt they did not understand how to work with BCBS insurance. The receptionist even suggested that I should apply for Medicaid if I am eligible to avoid paying my deductible. Finally, the ultimate reason why I decided to transfer to another doctor was that the appointments were very short and she didn't seem to have time to fully answer questions or explain her reasoning for prescriptions (in my case, antibiotics during pregnancy).
