We contracted this company to replace a pool enclosure. Initial response was quick and professional. We hired them and had the job done. Shortly after the install we noticed several holes in the new screens. Repeated attempts to contact the owner with a couple of responses stating he will take care of it, but no fix. I work for a property management company and we were needing some sliding glass door screens repaired or replaced. We called them at which point they said they would call back to schedule the job. We never received a return phone call and on top of that, we called multiple times and left multiple messages with no answer or return call. Not a good way to do business.

B J rescreened our pool enclosure for us in March of 2014. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. Almost a year later our pool enclosure looks great and has had no complications. B J screens is a well run family owned business that we are so happy we supported.
