Long story short, I'm a long time customer of AZUMA appliance rental and have spent upwards of $2,500 during the course of my rental agreement. To re-pay me for my loyalty, they went into my PERSONAL bank account and STOLE 2 months worth of payments because I was a late on a bill. No warning. No phone call. Just went in and TOOK the money. Once I discovered what happened, I immediately cancelled my service.
Lesson learned: don't assume you can trust any company, but especially these bastards with your personal account information. You are better off just buying a cheap washer/dryer...
