Worst Jacksonville Dentist !!

Don't ever, ever use this Jacksonville, FL dentist Azari Reza. Went to see him to get 2 cavities filled his facility is dirty but worst of all the dental instruments were filthy and the dental assistant didn't even use gloves while handling the dental instruments! Azari Reza is not sensitive at all and has a terrible bedside manner along with the personality of a plant. Two days later I had a swollen mouth and lot's of pain for weeks.
To make matters worse, he tried overcharging me for the services and tried to get me to pay for additional services that were not needed! STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
