Horrendous customer service.
Have an early morning appointment scheduled with them, not only are they an hour and a half late, they don't even show up with the correct pieces to do the job. Even when we rescheduled they still didn't have the correct parts and didn't even bother to call and tell us they weren't coming to the appointment!
