Very rude employees and terrible customer service - Even CEO is deaf to employee problems involving lies by the employees

My good friend waited 2 months to enroll in the Axis Community DUI program in Dublin, CA. On the day of the appointment my friend called to verify what was needed, the the Axis Community employee was very rude saying they had already told her they needed such and such paperwork from DMV which was not true. The employee said; ""just run down to DMV and get it in 5 minutes"", that should tell you their sarcasm and what planet they live on).
