Went to the Flatbush and Bergen location to have a larger item packed and shipped. Staff was friendly and helpful and said they could pack the item and call me with the total later that day. The packing estimate was $50 so I said OK and gave them my credit card info. They called back later in the day and gave me the final sizes and weights for two packages and quoted $380 for my total for shipping fedex ground. Putting the package details in to the fedex rate calculator online said that they would ship for $224. Away We Go said my packing total was $70, since it took more packaging...

Customer Service is non-existent at the Flatbush and Washington Ave locations. Price gouging is rampant though. They charged me 78 dollars to ship something fedex ground. when i got home I called fedex with the same weight and dimensions and they quoted me 41 dollars, so this place basically doubled the shipping charge.
