I arranged for my wife to receive a massage and facial for a Valentine's present and her experience was a disaster. She had to use a public restroom in a hallway in the middle of her treatment, had to eat a small yogurt/fruit dish she ordered at the reception area due to other guests being in the waiting area, could not take a shower after her massage, and had sweat dripped on her by her masseuse.
