The entire installation experience was great from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and communicative, and installed our new tires quickly. I will definitely come back to them the next time I need tire service.

I called AVN when I received confirmation of delivery to schedule delivery and they confirmed they had received and scheduled me first thing the following morning. I dropped off my car 15 minutes early and they projected about 45 minutes to an hour as they currently had a car up for install.Where AVN went above and beyond was that I walked over to the cafe next door to grab coffee and they...

I purchased tires late in the day on Friday (after 5PM) and had them on the car by Wednesday Before 11:00 AM . The order was confirmed on Monday and shipped Wednesday. I live in Oakland Ca. and the tires came form San Jose delivered by TireBuyer truck. AVN called and I was in the shop by 10:15 and they were finished in 30 min. I would use this service again. Save about $100 over Costco price...
