Extremely hard to get a hold. They never pick up the phone when I call the first, and I work during the day so it's like an annoying game of cat and mouse. Their posted hours are outright ridiculous. The owner (or whoever I spoke with) needs to realize that people like my mom need fast service, and can't be waiting around forever. Pricing was fair, but annoyance in the service wasn't worth what...

Hard to reach by phone. Open weekends. Very knowledgeable on both new equipment and repairs. Prices are lowest we could find anywhere and they don't advertise price. We are very VERY happy with the service.
