I've been a patient of this group for years, and the bigger it has gotten the more impersonal it has gotten. Trying to get an appointment is like pulling your own teeth. Forget about trying to get one when you are sick and need to see a doctor, they are all booked. Why have a group so large if you can't hold aside some appointments in the event someone calls and needs to be seen the same...
