Jimmy did a great job for my hair ( highlights and cut ) , and i will come back for sure !

when i came downstairs , Danielle proposed me a facial treatment

she provided me great advises and i have to say

my bathroom is an AVEDA store now !

I had to wait quite a long time for the person to come back to the register so I could pay. If the item I needed had been available elsewhere I would have walked out. Worst experience I've ever had at any Aveda store.

Have been here before. But this is the first time I had this stylist. Was not pleased with her professionalism and attitude . She was also not friendly. Wasn't happy about the blow dry either.

The assistants were great though.

Marisol was lovely. There were a couple of people around when I walked in and all the employees jumped into action when I walked in. They immediately offered me tea, and made my options clear. They took care of me, and on the whole it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.
