I usually avoid Aveda at the Lenox Mall because I went once and found employees to be quite stuck up. I walked in last week, though, and was surprised by how warm the manager, Kanin, was. Excited, I returned a few days later ready to make my purchase. Kanin wasn't there and the and the ladies working there were cold and as stuck up as when at my first visit. Disappointing to say the least.
