Great information for your patients! However, I did check with UHC and Dr. Hayat is in my network. I am a new patient and I'm very pleased with this insurance information.

Doctor Hayat and her staff are wonderful! I really appreciate the fact that she will listen to what you tell her. Also keep in mind that she will tell you what you need to do to be healthy. Best doctor I have ever had.
