theft within the propriety is common place and bikes and mail packages are stolen very, very often. My bike got all its wheels stolen and the management just apologized. The propriety has mayor...

Worst living experience I've ever had....

4 different managers since I've lived here - all of them don't know what they're talking about.

Constant break ins because Lincoln Properties refuses to fix the gate, which doesn't require a FOB but uses a 4 digit code that anyone can pass along to non-residents.

It's always loud because of poor insulation and construction.

The only redeeming quality is its location.
