Love the look of the apartments. The people in my building are nice and speak to you. I love my apartment. The maintenance guys take forever to respond to a request but other than the management is awesome.

They get your money and everything they say is a lie from that point on, and the area it sits in is a violent one. Men standing around at the car wash next door all day every day.

Management is great at this apartment. Security is on pint also. I just moved in, and was skeptical at first due to the area, but I must say that I am comfortable and enjoying my place of living. The apartments are new, and well maintained. Maintenance is out as soon as an issue is reported, usually within in 24 hours.

we have live in the apartment for almost a year and a hole have been in our ceiling and your staff have said someone will make repairs,this has gotten out of hand,i do not want to speak with staff,i want the owner to give me a call at 678 508-5547.very upset,the wards
