Great find! Awesome place to live if you are an active person and have a dog. Staff is super friendly. Andrew has been more than helpful on handling any issues that have arisen since I have lived here. Whenever something fails or isn't working it is typically handled within a few hours. Super happy to live here.

Pretty sure I got ringworm from the chairs around the pool so there's that.. staff was all very nice, but if you're over 25 you'll feel like a grandma. definitely for the younger crowd.

First, the positive: The pool area is resort-like, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests I placed were fixed within minutes. The location is perfect: just close enough to the bay/beach/bars to walk, and right next to a nice cluster of restaurants.
