It's nice place to live with nice landscape. Office staff is welcoming and maintenance staff is great too. Recently painted externally and enhancements to amenities. Very well maintained fitness center and also good services thru care team!

I moved hear because of the size of the apt and the rate well I could have done better, I was lied to from the beginning about various things, the apt is not up to par at all so many things are wrong with it and no one is doing anything to fix it, basically I am not satisfied at all and if I could break my lease and move i would in a heartbeat.

We've been here about 6 months and we love it here. Any time we've had a problem, it has been fixed promptly. The staff has always been extremely nice and helpful. The grounds and apartments are beautiful. We are surrounded by families in a safe, quiet, and friendly atmosphere. We really couldn't ask for much more.

I see other tenants talking about Riverstone residential and autumn park and the crime all over craigslist. It seems that the proof is in the numbers and not going to just vanish in thin air. I think they are educating possible tenants on the increase in crime rate at Autumn park and riverstone residential.
