Had to replace my battery. It was still under warranty. Sales associate Turquoise was so helpful. She removed my old battery, installed new one, and gave me a $70 credit towards the purchase. Great transaction. Super friendly.

Service is horrible here. I called ahead of time to set up a battery replacement and the guy said it would be fine. I was here earlier this month and both staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. They may have shaken up the team at this store since the reviews half year ago were all horrible. I'd shop at this AutoZone again.
