One of the autozone that seen to busy to help customer, and brought a brand new battery there doesn't even work, they try to jump it and tell me the jumper doesn't its not fully charge. Has to charge the new battery for another 45min , finally works. Total spend one hr and 30m in this place for replacement cost me $140. The part mgt roger is the one help me the whole time, not a happy camper.

I needed some air shocks for a last minute Christmas present. Stopped in just before 2PM and was told they would have it in by 5. The shocks did NOT come in, James the counterman complained...

The two young men came out to the truck, listened to our problem and went right to work solving our problem. AWESOME! Old people do get respected without demanding it and we really appreciate it........GREAT job well done!

Everytime I've been in this particular store, the staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. They know what I'm talking about even if I can only describe a product or item that I need for my vehicle. Their Purple Power product is so good I shampoo my carpets with it!
