The facility is high end! Arm Bar for protein and healthy pre-post workout options. We took the yoga class for our first time and we loved it! Cant wait to keep going. My husband loves the ultimate training class. I have a bad shoulder so the yoga I can tell will help me strengthen around my injuries!
