Jack has closed the doors. I stopped by there 06/20/2013 to ask a question and the place was empty. Now I need to find a new shop that is reasonable and will actually fix the vehicle right the 1st time like his crew would!

I always tell Jack that he's a great guy but I hope I never see him too often. When I do have to see him, he always takes great care of my BMW...and I have been taking my vehicle to him for any repairs/service for the past 10+ years. Unfortunately, during my last visit, he let me know that he would be retiring …

I'm amazed at the people who want to bring in their own parts and get all pissy when a repair shop refuses. You don't bring alcohol to a bar and have them mix you a drink do you? Shops make money on parts and labor. Don't be stupid and cheap people. Either pay their price or figure out how to fix it yourself.
