Took the car in for standard oil change. , I see a leak on my garage floor. I take the car back and the service “advisor” named Map Mouth says, the oil plug on the pan has a leak and it needs to be replaced. Informed him it was a simple oil change but he says they go bad sometimes. Come to find out the technician didn’t thread the plug properly and used a power tool and stripped the thread...

This was my first Toyota purchase on Friday 10/14 and overall, everything went as well as I could have hoped for. The staff and facility at AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia are as good as it gets and I've bought many cars in my lifetime. Made an appointment to get my oil changed. 2.5 hours!!! If you don't make an appointment you get chastised for not having an appointment and tell you it's quicker with an appointment!
They lost the guts to our key fob and wouldn't take responsibility for dropping it. Thankfully, we found it. Don't act like you didn't know the piece fell out. You had to have closed the fob back. You acted like...

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. In and out quick. Free of charge, thanks to Toyota Care!!! Also, got an excellent burger at the food counter. Great group of people, and the guys at the service counter were great. Even took the time to explain how Toyota Care works.
