This company came out to a single family home with a disabled child and other siblings after the 3rd try fixed one problem and broke the hose caused a freezer full of food to be ruined and did not equally compensate the family and thinks it was right

Do not use this company! Their service is horrible! My 83 year old grandmother has been out of a washer for almost 2 months. They continue to send repairmen to her home who does nothing but order parts and still unable to repair the washer. Called today and spoke with General Manager who had a very uncaring attitude about the situation! Horrible experience with this company! I was always told...

He was quick, did a great job, cleaned up very neatly and was polite and personable. Very happy with Appliance Connection I will have them come in in a couple weeks/months to look at our garbage disposal and washing machine!
