I Kimberly Tanner met with Mr James milton Heard on april 18,2013 about purchaseing a vehicle and I gave mr Heard 2,000 down .Mr Heard gave me a dead line on when he would have the car , Mr Heard kept giving me the run around about the car so now i want a refund and thats when he refuse to give me my money back .
