Austin Cleaners has not only ruined my dress, but treated me terribly as a customer. Never have I ever been ignored by a manager or treated like my service does not matter. I took a dress into them that has a drink spot on it and when I got it back it had black spots all over it and was wrinkled.
They handed me a dress back that was damaged with no reason to why it was damaged. When I showed...

This place is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Don't go there no matter how convenient it seems. I brought in several items for wash and fold and they all came back shrunk and faded. When I complained, the woman with the grey hair at the counter basically said that that's the risk you take with wash and fold. The customer service is terrible. The lady brought out the owner to handle the problem and he was just as bad. Nobody ever apologized, they just came up with excuse after excuse.
