I came in for an estimate and Robert made it easy and quick to get the work done now rather than come back later. He was conscious of my time constraints and managed to solve a couple of other needs while I was there. He was very helpful and friendly!

I had to bring my Tundra in because of the lethal-airbag recall. My appointment was made months ago, for 1:00 in the afternoon, when I called the 800# on a mailing I received pleading with me to get this done. I arrived at Magnusson Auburn Toyota - the dealership nearest to my very rural residence - and was told they needed to have my truck all day, and since it had not arrived in the morning...

Kristen Townsend did an excellent job of finding exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. She listens to what you want and goes the distance to find your dream vehicle. She had to do a dealer trade to get what I wanted. I am very peticular and the vehicle that wanted didn't disappoint. Thanks again and will buy my future vehicles from this dealership.

I would most definitely recommend Wayne Craft at auburn Toyota. He was very patient and helpful during my first car buying experience! I felt like he really cared about and understood my car buying needs. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.

Quick and easy buying experience

It took me a while to find the right salesperson while shopping online(as I live out of the area) but once I got in touch with Mike Stewart and worked out the price I was looking for things went very smoothly. I made the drive to the dealership and everyone was very friendly and efficient in getting everything completed and getting me on my way in a new Tundra
