I really enjoyed the stay at auburn hills apartments.
The office staff and the maintenance guy were really great. My request were completed really well, it may take a day or so but i was very happy with the work.
The rent is reasonable, heat and water were included, that helps! I liked living there!

The office staff are always willing to help when a problem occurs. Maintenance has always been taken care of within a business day. Not too many noise related problems in the community. Just the rare Saturday night party.

These aparments are good value for the money. It was a smooth ride leaving out quite a few disturbances from upstairs. It sounded like chances of getting quiet neighbours are pretty low. The management might help but at last it depends on the quality of people they are allowing in the first place.
I wouldn't recommand these aparments to anybody who has problems with loud music and screams...

This apartment complex was bad on all levels. The grounskeepers were gross, (I think one actually lived in his car)and he never fixed anything. The laundry facilites werer awful (two to a building and they almost never worked!)and on top of all the noise from the neighbors, and the crumbling plaster and carpeting, they are refusing to give me my deposit back! You would think I would have earned...
