I hired Ms. Whitaker's firm in February 2014 to handle my divorce. I really liked the first attorney I dealt with, but when she left the firm, they did not advise me. I read the comments below about attorney Winifred Whitaker. I couldn't believe believe what I was reading She was my 2nd divorce attorney and my final one. She is a lot cheaper than the 1st divorce attorney that didn't get anything done and her office staff is excellent and caring I would recommend her to anyone!!!!!!!!

I used Miss Whitaker based on a semi-favorable review from this site. Unfortunately it did not turn out well. I was charged over $5000 for a single required divorce-related court appearance. Her staff is incompetant and charged me for reviewing the same info again and again. I tried to reason with them on the gross overcharges with no success.
