I went in to this store in order to sort out whether my phone was broken or just my charger. Turned out that I had forgotten that I had switched carriers. Despite this, the manager was extremely helpful, allowing me to test my phone with one of their chargers, and even gave me a USB cord! Very friendly, very helpful.

Scott helped us get into a family plan. It was a pretty complicated mess in my perspective but he made it the least stressful contract/ phone buying experience that I have had. Normally I expect long contract set up times, some bs, and something to go wrong but none of that today. Definitely recommend going to him, he was very knowledgeable.
