I have been without service since 2pm on Thursday. I have had no communication from AT&T other than when I call them. It is clear that they do not value me as a customer. I am going with Comcast.

SIX DAYS now with NO SERVICE!!!!!!. Was promised repair YESTERDSY 1/25/16 NO ONE came. Spent almost 4 hours on phone, chatted on line 3 hours LAST THURSDAY (7 hours wasted), TO THIS STORE on Sunday...WAS sweet talked into more service BUT STILL NO SERVICE WHAT CAN I DO???
