I was put on hold for an eternity tonight, so I finally hang up. My email has these sponsored emails about Kelly Blue Book, things like that. I don't want these emails, but I tried four different ways, even a live chat and couldn't connect. What a bunch of morons. I am going to switch companies. It's a joke and an insult to my intelligence.

I went in to update my account and buy a new phone. I did witness a terribly RUDE customer yelling at one of the managers. YELLING. I don't suggest you come here if you don't have a couple hours to spend. When we first signed onto att they were nice and helpful, once we started having problems with phones, they were not nearly as helpful.

This branch of AT&T is located on El Camino Real and Page Mill Road in a brand new building, with expansion into the next door lot also underway. This AT&T offers a range of iPhones, Blackberries, and other basic cell phones and their companion cell phone plans.  An adjoining parking lot should make parking easy, even on busy El Camino.
