I don't know what's up with the all the Haters, but the ATT store in San Leandro is the bomb. My man Lorenzo A hooked me up with a new iPhone 5S. Very Courteous, cracked some good jokes, and walked me to the door when the sale transaction was complete. I highly recommend going here, and ATT service in the East Bay is second to none.

I've never had a problem. Latest visit I was helped by Dominique. She was fantastic. Tried to lower my bill, etc..Maybe it depends on who helps you, but I usually get very good service.

Not sure why this store has so many bad ratings, my co worker and I stepped in around 2 pm on a Friday and there was no lines. Our rep was Joshua Kim, very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and funny. We both got our phones upgraded and walked out of there with a smile.
