No other business has caused me as much grief as AT&T yellow pages. I have worked with them for 10 years and have received the worst service that I have ever had from ANY business in my life. They miss our ads (I mean we have completely fallen out of our major books), the reps keep quitting and no one knows what is going on. I can't get anyone to return my calls, and I can't find anyone...

Worst Customer Service EVER

I would give them zero stars if I could. Been a business owner for over 25 years and I have never had such bad customer service as with these people. I've had more reps than I could ever count and they ranged from rude, sick, absent and the turnover is tremendous. You get used to one bad sales person and then you have to start all over with another one. Since we downsized to mostly regular listings, it hasn't been so bad. Even the managers are not helpful. Can't wait til we don't have any more yellow page advertising and that is coming REAL soon ;-) because they are going away!!!!
