Horrible, Absolutely Horrible

I have never really had to use a tow company before but this was the worst mistake of my life. First the guy that was sent to get me got lost for over 45 min. Then on the way to the service repair center he hit a bump which sent my car flying in the air about a foot and slammed all four wheels back down. Not only was my car damaged but the owner of the company refused to pay me for repairs. I hate this company, I have lost over $500 so far. Never go here; save yourself the time and just kick yourself in the nuts.
