This store is horrible but I have no choice but to go back as I work in one of the bank buildings across the store. I mobile ordered a tea latte and they gave me a tea. They were out of green tea powder for a few days. Staff are not very kind (not all of them).

Just stood at the register while 3 employees (who had told me they'd be with me in a moment) cleaned things, made drinks and sandwiches (there were two other customers in the restaurant). I just left after waiting to order for probably 3 or 4 minutes.
