About 4mo ago we had are Meter changed by PG&E to there new smart meter of corse not at are request.the very next month One of are nabors and us recieved high bills of 730 dollars.we both reported it and were told they would look in to it.WE were also told they would send someone out.we never seen any one and my nabor asked how did the guy get in the back since thats were mine is and my gate...
You should contact the California PUC (Public Utilities Commission) and let them know that PG&E has not responded to your request to investigate energy usage and billing.
