We bought a spa from Atlantic Coast three years ago. It worked for about a month before malfunctioning. Multiple calls to the business caused escalating frustration. They sent repair people out who came when I was not at home, if they came at all. There was never even paperwork left indicating they had visited my backyard. When I called to inquire, there was never a solution. They told me I wasn't keeping the filter clean enough! Finally, we found another repair company (and paid them even though our spa was under warranty) to fix it. In 5 minutes the guy recognized that the pressure switch was defective. We continued making repairs at our expense (and there have been many!) to avoid ACS. When the repair person we were using was unavailable & the costs were mounting, my husband wanted to give Atlantic another shot. It took two weeks to get the guy to actually show up after several appointments,and he came at a time we weren't home. It worked for one day and broke again. They began demanding payment the day after he left, but wouldn't address the fact that the spa still didn't work. Of course, we paid them, but in the process the employee or owner was so irate with my husband that he was told never to visit the shop again! Long, miserable story short, we are back with the other repair person, waiting for the 4th mother board, now with our 3rd heater, 2nd thermostat, and 3rd pressure switch and various other things I can't remember. It's been down now for 1 month waiting for parts. If I were in the market for a spa, I would stay as far away from Atlantic Coast Spa as I could get!
I am more than pleased with our swim spa.There were many delays due to weather, but they did everything they promised .They honored the warranty swiftly, and the employees were kind, helpful, and professional .
Bought my spa in 2012 - very satisfied from the sales process to installation. Had a service issue with my main spa breaker tripping. Called and left a message after hours on Sunday by 1:00 pm on Monday Rob the service tech fixed the problem. Company really stands behind their products with exceptional service.

Not recommend. As a former employee of this company familiarizing oneself with the offer and sale of specially in ground spas, which are assembled in the rear compartment showroom. Poor quality product is supplied to the customer, and he is very often surprised to learn that this is not what you pay for. Between the customer and the business owner is not a good communication
What should have taken 5 days or less, took 17! No one EVER showed up on time, except for the owner when he came for his deposit $ & final payment. Day 1 they were supposed to arrive at 10:00 AM, FINALLY showed at 4:00 PM (after 2 un-returned phone calls to the owner). Never received any …
Low quality and nothing but problems. I feel mislead and not recommend this place to anyone!
