I went in to the store located off Howell Mill Rd in Atlanta and had the worst experience of my life. When I pulled up I was greeted by a woman and I explained that I needed an oil change and I only wanted to use Havoline brand 10W-30 oil. She informed me they only had high mileage 10W-30 havoline oil which would cost me $49. I agreed to the price and went inside the store. I watched as they started to service my car and when the guy working on the car went to put oil back into the car he grabbed the regular 5W-30 oil. Update

After reaching out to Havoline X-Press Lube management, we were able to find a resolution to the issue. Management apologized for the negative experience I had and offered to refund part of the repairs made. At this stage, I consider the issue closed and feel satisfied with the way it has been handled and addressed by Havoline X-Press Lube management. Rgds.

I would like to complain regarding service I had at the Havoline X-Press Lube location at 1953, Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA. I went there last month for a cold engine start issue. Technician diagnosed that issue was due to brakes malfunctioning and needing replacement. After changing the brakes which cost me $300, the cold engine start issue was still not fixed. I had to take the car again to another repair facility (Firestone) which identified the issue being with the Power steering system which was leaking and needed to be replaced. Barry and I talked a few days before i came in for service...i needed an engine flush and to have my CEL reset afterwards. Barry was as nice as can be on the phone and when i came in, he greeted me (along with his staff), very nicely.

And then that stopped. They finished up the service ($150 for an upgraded oil change which i didnt really mind and an engine flush). Knowing a bit about cars, i knew that once this was done and the CEL was reset, id need to drive a bit before getting emissions.
