Billing office is awful!

I second ""collierhills"" review of their billing procedures. I've been round and round and round with them regarding my bill. While assisting me with an appeal to the insurance company, THEY STILL SENT MY ACCOUNT TO OUTSIDE COLLECTIONS! Don't waste your time because even if you happen to get a nice doctor, you'll have trouble with the billing office. Awful! Awful! Awful!

Amazing Doctor

I have read some of these reviews, and i wonder if they are talking about the same doctor! Dr. Biggs has been more than amazing and attentive to me in a very difficult situation. I just want to sing her praise, and say I have absolutely zero complaints! I would recommend her to anyone, and have recommended her to friends and actually found her through a recommendation from a friend.
