I am very happy with the job they did and the care they took with my home. Our carpets are cream and they look great once again. I would definitely use him again and I would definitely recommend him to others, however, I do have one bit of advise. Get a firm written price before the work is started. Had one really soiled area in office. Went over again at no extra cost.
Would definitely use again. Prompt, efficient, effective. No "upgrade" tactics. Cost very reasonable.
