I am a lifetime platinum Marriott member and this was one of the worst locations I have stayed at. Keys failed twice, EXTREMELY loud both in and outside, curdled cream on tables, elevators are poor. While the hotel is nice from a visual perspective overall the services are very poor. Very limited food options. Sorry, but have to be honest....

I checked in for a Friday overnight getaway. Pleasant check-in and clean room. Noticeably great hot water pressure in the shower for nice bathing experience. We were coming for a romantic getaway. We purchased (many dollars extra) a romance package, it was a struggle getting them to deliver on this. Check in took about 15 minutes...no line, but they were unaware of all the beneifts of the package I purchased and had to ask for each item individually and wait for them to figure it...
