promised to call but did not

i would like to warn people about this company. the owner came to my house a couple of days after the first call. it seemed everything was going well. he said he would call me with an estimate the next day. i waited for a week and a half before i called to see if they were interedsted in my bussiness. i then called to ask if they would call me with an estimate, which was promised within on or two days. needless to say i did not recieve any calls. i waited about a month and called them again. i talked with the secretary and she was surprised that the owner had not called me back...
