The absolute rudest staff and no concern for patients!

Was scheduled for a scan today. Got there before my appt time. After waiting 30 mins...went up to ask if they were behind and the girl looks at me like I'm dumb and says "yes ma'am" and then just sits there. Charged $300 for a consultation which served as nothing more than a repetition of what my general practitioner informed me of for free. Was graced with 20 total minutes filling forms since they would not accept pdfs (one of which stated all fees must be paid up front, before the consultation) 25 waiting in an empty office, 5 with a nurse, 10 with a trainee and 10 with the actual doctor.
