Too many kids and horrible bedside manners!
Make you sign long contracts going in and want to charge you for 2 months if you break your contract. That is ridiculous! There is no class size set. Sometimes class is very full. They keep on taking new students... Doesn't matter if they can or can't accommodate them.
My son has been going here for about four months. He just turned four and he loves it. The instructors are great with kids but also strict. It's nice to have others expect "yes sir" and teach manners and respect, along with the traditional taekwondo. I love taking him to class and he loves going!!!
The Facility in Ballantyne is handled by two inexperience teachers and some serious lack of training. Mr. T is very immature, arrogant, ignorant and self centered person.Mr. Torrance shattered my 5 year old's confidence and kept stabbing at her self-esteem by not letting her express her opinions in the classroom and never praising her even though she worked very hard in hope to show him that...
