Help us make it rightHave had Astro to my home for repairs several times. They were very quick to get to my house. They have always done a good job and the technicians always seemed knowledgeable. One time when my lamp went out on a Friday, the lady stayed there after hours until I could get there and not be without TV all weekend. I believe the other reviewer had a unique experience maybe of his own doing?
My TV has been broken for over a month, and I have spent MANY hours trying to find someone to fix it, or troubleshoot it with the manufacturer. Astro was my last resort. I have had a repairman out to look at the set, but he was unable to fix it. At the time he was here I called Astro to get a price for a part, which I was given. Today, a month later, I decided to send it to a center to get it fixed. Astro is one of 2 service centers listed by my TVs web site. At 12:09 pm, I called and arranged for the TV to be picked up. The TV would be picked up in 5 days & would cost me $200 +tax for them...
